Meredith + Josh: A classy early fall wedding

Meredith and Josh had just the most beautiful day for their wedding and I had such a great time being part of it.  Big thanks to Jake Thacker for second shooting with me.

Normally it makes way more sense for a couple to do a first look before the ceremony, but Meredith and Josh had plenty of time between their ceremony and reception so they didn't see each other until the actual ceremony.  Their reactions to seeing each other for the first time as Meredith was coming down the aisle was one of my favorite parts of the day.

Everyone in the wedding party was so easy-going and fun and I loved the long elegant bridesmaids dresses Meredith chose.  It was super fun to stop at Meredith and Josh's stomping ground - The Jay.

Jamie + Zach: A Lied Lodge Outdoor Wedding

Jamie and Zach had a gorgeous wedding at one of my favorite venues - the Lied Lodge in Nebraska City.  It's always special to have everyone staying in the same place and I just love the barns.

Jamie's dress was stunning and so were all the beautiful details in the barn.  Their chuck taylor sneakers, hilarious friends, and how much fun they had together made the day.

Congrats again Jamie and Zach!

Trish + Shawn: An art deco Omaha wedding

What an absolutely beautiful wedding Trish and Shawn planned.  The long glittery dresses, Hotel Deco, the Durham, the most gorgeous wedding dress, lots of champagne - it doesn't get any more glamourous.

The best part was despite how elegant the wedding was, it didn't slow Trish and Shawn down from having a good old time and incorporating the things that are most important to them... like their dog!  

Congrats on your beautiful wedding - I'm so happy for you guys!

Katie + Aaron: Late summer engagement session Omaha, NE

Katie and Aaron are such a cool laid back couple and my favorite part is they love to laugh and have fun together.  These guys aren't originally from Nebraska, so it was fun to show them a few new spots.

Ashton + Max: A gorgeous outdoor wedding

Ashton and Max had such a gorgeous wedding in Shenandoah, Iowa.  It started at Ashton's family farm where Ashton got ready for the day.  After a few drops of rain the weather turned around and Ashton and Max had their first look under the huge tree in Ashton's front lawn.  It was one of my favorite parts of the day.  

I loved their intimate outdoor ceremony and how absolutely stunning the barn looked.  Ashton coordinated most of the  decorations and it was absolutely gorgeous.  The wedding was SO much fun and I'm so glad I got to be part of it.
