This was my first time ever shooting in Des Moines, and Brittany, Tyler, and I had a blast. They are from Des Moines and are getting married in Des Moines, but knew my work from one of my previous clients (thanks Kelsey!).
I'm SO happy that I get to be part of their wedding. They are super nice, and laid back, and fun, and I know I say that about a lot of my clients (because it's true), but these guys are just awesome. I hope you can tell from the photos :)

Staci and Dylan invited me out to their home in Crete, Nebraska (not far outside Lincoln). They have a gorgeous home and property in that area. We had fun with their pups tromping through the snow until our toes nearly froze off. I love snow on winter shoots.
Really glad I got to hang out with both of them. They are super fun and it get's me super excited for their wedding this May!
Sometimes 20 minutes is just the perfect amount of time to brave the cold and get some cute pictures for a save the date. I absolutely cannot wait for Ashley and Matt's wedding. It's going to be awesome.
Kelsey and Collin are such a great couple. For their engagement shoot, we ducked in and out of places in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska since it was so chilly. We stopped in Jackson Street Booksellers and 13th Street Coffee to sneak some great, intimate shots before heading to the gorgeous yet freezing outdoors. Thanks for being great sports with the winter weather! :)
These two were so fun to work with. Paige was the most carefree bride and it their entire family and wedding party were such a delight to be around. Paige and Jim were married in St. John's on Creighton University's campus and the reception was as the Omar building.
I normally don't take any video when I'm shooting a wedding, but I had a little extra time during the ceremony after I had got my images, so I did some impromptu video clips. I know enough about video to know this wasn't shot in a technically correct way, but I still think it's super fun to have. Hope you enjoy it Jim and Paige!
