We met halfway between Lincoln and Omaha.  And discovered this little gem along the Platte River.

Family Photos at Lake Zorinsky

I was a little worried when I made Max cry during the first picture by suggesting he put his arm around his sister (oops!), but luckily it was all uphill from there.  The kiddos were some awesome assistants in finding new spots for us to take pictures, and we had lots of fun.  Thanks Janelle and Marci for introducing me to this great family!

Omaha Engagement Photos: Amanda and Tom

Amanda and Tom:  Seriously, it was super great to do your engagement pictures!  You guys are so fun and natural together it made my job easy.  And the weather was perfect.  And the trees were perfect.  And overall, it just made me super happy.  Hope you like them!

Ashley and Jason: Omaha Engagement Photos

Ashley and Jason are great.  And Ashley is a big time planner like I am so we've got to have all sorts of fun chats about her wedding.  I'm super pumped to see it all come together.

Things I will remember about this shoot:  Jason's great jokes, their perfect outfit choice for fall photos, how not fair it is that Ashley both has great hair and great legs, weird buildings and long shadows.  Hope you guys like the pictures!

Teela and Zach: Engaged!

Things I'm going to remember about this shoot:  Teela's pretty teal dress.  How comfortable and natural Teela and Zach are together.  Taking pictures near the Douglas County Corrections Facility and realizing we could hear the inmates.  Stumbling across a hidden coffee shop that's only a block from our condo and chatting it up with the owner over coffee.
