It's always a gamble on the weather in Nebraska... most days are either cloudy, rainy, windy, cold, hot, or humid. There aren't many days that are sunny and warm... but not too warm, with a nice gentle breeze. Rarely do I re-schedule a shoot, but on our originally scheduled day it was super cloudy and dreary. We rolled the dice and rescheduled -- man am I glad we did. We got one of those rare absolutely perfect Nebraska summer days. This was only a mini-engagement shoot so we only did 1 outfit and one location for about 40 minutes, and I loved so many of the photos from this shoot.

We walked through fields, we talked about travel, and we even popped some champaign. Doesn't get much better!
